The company already operates successfully to produce autonomous chassis in the last-mile logistics, autonomous security, mobile retail, and education segments. PIX Moving will adopt Fixposition’s Vision-RTK, based on the sensor fusion of satellite, computer vision and inertial technologies. The Vision-RTK provides cm-level precise localization and enables greater autonomy in the most demanding situations. The collaboration will empower both parties to expand their existing capabilities and to innovate across PIX Moving’s autonomous mobility offerings and tackle ever more challenging scenarios: from urban canyons to underground passageways and parking buildings; busy loading docks to under tree canopies.
