Fixposition Vision-RTK
Fixposition has developed a compact and lightweight positioning sensor, about the size of a matchbox. The proprietary sensor fusion engine combines computer vision, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and inertial measurement unit (IMU) data to achieve real-time centimeter-accurate positioning in any environment. Our sensor fusion engine keeps working for you where traditional positioning systems fail — urban canyons, underpasses, under tree canopies — the possibilities are wide-ranging. Our technology facilitates a variety of applications, such as off-highway autonomous activities, control of autonomous machines and robots, and many other applications that require precise positioning. Vision-RTK significantly increases the reliability and availability of precise positioning to help our customers boost their performance, focus on their core business, cut their time to market, and simplify their development.
According to Grand View Research, the global autonomous vehicle market demand is estimated to be approximately 6.7 thousand units in 2020 and is anticipated to expand at a CAGR of 63.1% from 2021 to 2030.
Since November 2020 Fixposition has secured 5 top delivery robot OEMs in their opportunity pipeline. The Vision-RTK has already been adopted by worldwide leading drone and autonomous vehicle companies such as Neolix, PIX Moving and Agilex. We are now expanding into a variety of market sectors from agriculture to logistics, where our product is already receiving recognition for its ability to solve localization issues in GNSS-challenging environments.
